The truck has a nose plate engaged with a load. A wheel mounted on a transversal axis is supported by plates joined in a lower back part of a frame. An elastic unit (E) moves the plates (9a) towards a rest position and detaches them while lifting the load, and moves flanges (11a) to a retraction position. The unit has torsion springs acting between the plates and frame to bring back the plates towards its rest position.
