The device has an obstruction module (100) arranged at a level of each opening present in a lower part of a roof and connected to a fixing module (200) on a tile T. The obstruction module (100) is constituted by a rigid profile in shape of clips preformed in such a way to tighten up on the tile T to allow passage of air while obstructing opening. The fixing module (200) is preformed so as to fix on the tile T.
