The device has a frame supporting a vibrating shell, on which a rotating work-holding table is fixed. The shell is led from a linear flow path, and is supplied with an elastic suspension system determining a frequency of resonance equal to a frequency of work. The suspension system supplies a mechanical power necessary to vibrate the shell when the shell is excited to the resonance frequency.
