The device has a lowered platform in metallic structure delimiting a horizontal plane on which a bay (1) rests. The platform is constituted by two elevated zones, each resting on a high seat integrated to a damp proof terrace. The junctions between the seats and the elevated zones are provided with a removable lifting unit (5). The junctions permit to translate vertically the lifting unit of the lowered platform and the bays.
