The machine has a support frame (A) associated to a control unit of displacement of the frame along a series of posts. Wires (L) are passed on a guide wheel sector between an end fixed on one post and a spare bobbin (B) before another post is passed. A displaceable holding unit (F) establishes two levels of traction on the wires either in upstream or downstream after sensing passing of wires.
