The device has a retention mast (4) sealed on a side of a pool (1) and a cord (5) and a handle (5) held by a skier are fastened to the mast. An electric motor (7) activates turbines (3) in series to propel water. The water propelled under legs of the skier offers a lift on the water. A bar (9) with a mild slope is installed at a place of the pool, where the propelled water returns to the pool by a conduit in a closed circuit (2).
