The device has a set of base units (1) on which is stacked an extension to attain desired height. The extension is maintained by pegs or screws and slabs are placed on side of a curb by stake. A core (11) is placed perpendicular to a base plate (12). Grooves on periphery of the base plate receive tongues of the set. A projection facilitates circulation of water on either side of the curb.
