The process involves entering a rehabilitation technique in a processing unit, and entering a calculation method in the processing unit. Parameters relating to existing underground units and its environment are provided as input to the processing unit. Dimensions of the rehabilitation units are calculated from the information of the processing unit and the calculated dimensions are displayed. An independent claim is also included for a device of implementing a process of rehabilitating an underground unit.
