The micro-generator has an electrical dipole (2) connected in parallel with a piezo-electric insert (1) and an electrical load (3), and having a switch (2-a) and a passive circuit (2-b). The insert fixed on a structure subjected to mechanical vibrations, delivers electrical energy. The dipole increases the electrical energy when the switch is closed for a duration that is less than mechanical stress variation time.
