The apparatus has a control unit (4) with a selection key (41) that is operated by a user to give negative or positive attribute to a title of a musical piece, during transmission of the musical piece. An automatic switching unit changes the transmitters (S1, S2) if title reproduced by one transmitter has a negative attribute, or passes the musical piece to the transmitter that transmits the title having positive attribute. An independent claim is also included for a method of controlling a radio apparatus.
