The process involves using rigid panels which are assembled between pillars (4). Two walls (6) are joined by cross bars (27) such that the walls are assembled. The panels are assembled by edges having joint profiles in each wall. The cross bars are inserted between adjacent edges of the panels in each wall. Each end of the bars is fixed to the panels of the wall in between which the bars are inserted. An independent claim is also included for a stirrup in steel wire for making part of an enclosure.
