A translucent support having a motif visible in reflected light, but not in transmitted light comprising at least one translucent sheet, preferably formed form cellulosic fibers and at least one transparent holographic film. The support is formed from an assembly of a transparent holographic film sandwiched between two translucent sheets of which one and preferably both is a sheet of natural tracing paper as defined in ISO-4046-1978 section 6.94. The transparent holographic film is a demetallized holographic film and possesses at least one amplitude holographic image which is visible from an extended angle, especially an angle greater than 90[deg]. The support has an opacity measured in accordance with NF Q 03-006 below 50. The support is printable by lithographic, typographic, flexographic, heliographic, serigraphic, soft etching, thermographic, thermal transfer, thermal sublimation, xerographic, laser, ink-jet, electrographic, ionic and electrocoagulation processes.
