The carriage has on its front face two elastic vertical flanges (5) and an elastic flange (3) extending to a lower part of the face and transversely to rails (4). Each of the flanges (5) extends on a vertical side of the front face. A lower edge of each vertical flange (5) is above the level of a platform of a railway station. Each of lateral sides of the carriage carries a net (8).
