The system has a storing unit (35) to store a list of delivery/pickup locations, latitude and longitude of each location and unique identifications of merchants. A measuring unit (30) measures a deviation between real position of the vehicle and geographical position of the delivery location. An alert unit (33) transmits an alarm signal to a driver or to a surveillance center in accordance with the measured deviation.
