PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the analysis system of experiment data for reducing operations to change a setting file obtained by defining data for analyzing the experiment data according to the experiment, even when experiment is carried out while the conditions or purposes of experiment or samples to be used are changed, and an analysis method and data for analysis to be used for them. PSOLUTION: This analysis system of experiment data using microbeads includes microbeads data to specify the threshold of detection and manifestation condition data and a setting file, and analyzes manifestation by collating the experiment data with the manifestation condition data.
