PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for presenting a completely new wedding cake ceremony.;SOLUTION: This method for presenting the wedding cake ceremony at a wedding reception or a party comprises producing croquembouche style decoration confectionery using a base for croquembouche style decoration confectionery, including a cone part of a nearly conic or pyramid shape, made of a member with adhesive strength to royal icing, a foundation part to become a foundation to receive the bottom of the cone part, and a top insertion part on the top of the cone part. A producer should requires (A) and (B) steps as follows.
