PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bond credit rating decision device capable of computing bond credit rating information with high precision by using the Choquet integration and its differential and to provide a bond credit rating improvement consultation device capable of performing proper bond credit rating improvement consultation to the bond credit rating.;SOLUTION: A Chuquet integration structure computer describing correspondence between financial index data, qualitative index data, and bond credit rating is prepared, and the financial index data and the qualitative index data are inputted to the Chuquet integration structure computer, while a value, at which the bond credit rating information is outputted in response to the input, is set as an internal status value of the Choque integration structure in this bond credit rating decision device. When a differential value of the Choque integration based on the learned internal status value of the bond credit rating decision device 100 is computed for specifying the financial index and the qualitative index giving great influence onto the bond credit rating, bond credit rating improvement consultation is carried out.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
