PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system wherein all translation dictionaries for machine translation are stored in a server side, promoting registration into the translation dictionary and use of the translation dictionary so as to improve translation accuracy by use of the system. PSOLUTION: A translation server 30 comprises: the translation dictionary 50 for storing and registering the translation dictionary of the machine translation system and performing machine translation; a translation dictionary registration disclosure means disclosing contents of the translation dictionary so as to promote the use of the registered translation dictionary; a use data master server 70 storing use results of the translation dictionary of the machine translation system, and allowing a machine translation system user to confirm the use results of the translation dictionary; and a results account server 60 allowing a translation dictionary registrant to be treated well in a use fee or a registration fee by registering a lot of high-quality dictionaries for the use.
