GENETIC DETECTION FIELD-EFFECT DEVICE AND METHOD FOR GENETIC POLYMORPHISM ANALYSIS USING THE SAME

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new genetic detection field-effect device detecting and analyzing a gene with high sensitivity and high accuracy in a smaller size of a genetic polymorphism analytical system than that of conventional systems and suppressing even the cost and to provide a method for genetic polymorphism analysis using the device. PSOLUTION: The genetic analytical detection field-effect device is equipped with an insulating membrane body (2), a semiconductor substrate (3) and a reference electrode (4). The genetic analytical detection field-effect device is characterized by comprising constitution as follows. (a) The insulating membrane body (2) has one surface side, immobilizing a nucleic acid probe (5) and brought into contact with a sample solution (6) containing at least one kind of the objective gene (601) for detection and analysis; (b) the semiconductor substrate (3) is brought into contact with and installed on the other surface side of the insulating membrane body (2) and (c) the reference electrode (4) is provided in the sample solution (6).
