PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the construction period and construction noise, vibration, construction waste material, and repair the external appearance by assembling precast prestressed concrete members and constructing an external frame, in stead of a vibration resistant frame work in the external frame reinforcing method.;SOLUTION: A plurality of precast concrete reinforced column units 6 having a longitudinally long flat thickness are arranged parallelly with an existing building 1 and jointed upwards and respective reinforcing units 6 are connected by longitudinal PC steel materials, and a precast concrete reinforced unit 7 having a longitudinally long flat thickness is supported at a specified level by adjacent reinforcing column units 6, respective units are laterally connected by the horizontal PC steel member in which the reinforced unit 7 and respective reinforced column units 6 are inserted to construct the external frame 5, A joint slub constructed by cast-in-place concrete is connected between the external frame 5 and the existing building 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
