PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive percutaneous analyte extraction kit reducing a burden on a subject and dispensing with the use of a needle for every measurement, and a percutaneous analyte extraction apparatus and method and a blood sugar level measuring apparatus and method used for the kit. PSOLUTION: An insertion apparatus 21 is used to form an extraction hole passing through at least a corneal layer of the skin but not reaching subcutaneous tissue, in an extraction part 22. The blood sugar level measuring apparatus 31 is placed on the extraction part 22 to extract glucose and to compute glucose concentration. Glucose concentration per initial unit current is determined based on an average current value and initial glucose concentration in extraction immediately after forming the extraction hole, and glucose concentration per unit current in measurement is determined based on the average current value in extraction at a measuring point of time and glucose concentration in measurement. The blood sugar level in measurement is determined based on the initial blood sugar level determined based on blood sampling or the like, the glucose concentration per initial unit current, and glucose concentration per unit current in measurement.
