PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively perform vehicle management by accurately comprehending the present positions of vehicles.;SOLUTION: This vehicle management station 21 infers the position of the management station according to GPS data to acquire management station position inference data, corrects the station position inference data by using a positioning correction signal sent from a quasi-zenithal satellite 20 to obtain management station position data, differences between the management station position data and the management station position inference data are found to generate management station position correction data, and delivers the management station position correction data to the vehicles via a radio communication line. Vehicles 25 and 26 infer the positions of the vehicles according to the GPS data to acquire vehicle position inference data, corrects the vehicle position inference data by the management station position correction data to obtain vehicle position data, and transmits the vehicle position data via the communication line to the vehicle management station.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
