PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for an underground wall/bottom wall for measures against vibrations of the ground, which can effectively restrain the vibrations generated in the ground of a road etc. associated with the traveling of a vehicle etc., from propagating into the adjacent ground.;SOLUTION: The construction method for the underground wall/bottom wall 11 for the measures against the vibrations of the ground includes: a process for excavating a filling hole 3 in the ground; and a process for solidifying soil 20 for the measures against the vibrations of the ground after making the filling hole 3 filled with the soil 20 wherein an elastic material is mixed as an additive into soil mortar formed by mixing sediment as a principal material with water or conditioned water, a solidification material and an admixture, and wherein latex is mixed as a binder.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
