PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate the application to a job seeking/job offer to efficiently and precisely process it, and to enable negotiation on conditions between a job seeker and a job offering company.;SOLUTION: This system comprises an exhibit acceptance part 11 accepting job offer information and processing reference information from a company terminal 130, and storing the job offer information in an exhibit information database 106 and the processing reference information in a reference database 107, respectively; a job offer information providing part 12 extracting job offer information from the exhibit information database 106 and generating and transmitting screen data including it to a job seeker terminal 140; a tender acceptance part 13 accepting bidding information for the job offer information from the job seeker terminal 140 and storing it to a bidding information database 108; a point determination part 14 determining the treatment point of a job seeker; a point calculation part calculating the bidding point; a successful bidding determination part 16 determining the propriety of application right acquisition; and a result transmission part 17 transmitting the determination result of the propriety of application right acquisition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
