PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide monitoring and controlling by using a water treatment monitoring server at any place such as an installation site of a cooling tower.;SOLUTION: This system comprises a cooling tower device 30 for measuring the water quality information of the circulated water, and outputting the measured water quantity information to a packet communication network 20 by using a radio circuit, and a mobile water treatment monitoring server 50 for receiving the water quality information outputted from the cooling tower device 30 by radio through the packet communication network 20, forming a control signal for controlling the cooling tower device 30 by analyzing the radio-received water quality information, and transmitting the control signal to the cooling tower device 30 by radio through the packet communication network 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
