PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an equipment introduction cost and a treatment cost by treating soil of combined pollution within a same treatment apparatus with low energy.;SOLUTION: The subject method for treating the soil of combined pollution has: a first process of extracting an organic halogen compound by immersing the soil of combined pollution containing the organic halogen compound and heavy metals into alcohol; and a second process of eluting the heavy metals by subjecting the organic halogen compound extracted by addition of hydrogen peroxide and an iron compound thereto to oxidation decomposition and simultaneously deriving an acid from the alcohol.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
