PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a termination melody delivery system capable of easily, rapidly and inexpensively making an original musical piece album compiled with pieces of the music desired by a user to one recording medium.;SOLUTION: The termination melody delivery system is equipped with a termination melody data base 11 in which a plurality of the termination melodies are registered and an original sound source data base 12 in which original musical pieces to be the respective origins of the plurality of the termination melodies registered in the termination melody data base 11 are registered. The system creates the downloading list recorded with the history of downloading the termination melodies by each of users and when the user already downloaded with the termination melodies desires to acquire the original musical piece to be the origin of the termination melody, the system reads the original musical piece corresponding to the music information registered in the downloading list of the user out of the original sound source data base 12 and records the same to a CD-R.
