PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and efficiently operate inter-enterprise electronic commerce or inventory management accompanied with it.;SOLUTION: This inventory management system is provided with a supplier side warehousing processing part 11 which accepts a reception inspection result, and stores warehoused merchandise information in a supplier inventory database 106, a shipping processing part 12 which accepts the shipping result information of merchandise, and stores the shipping result information in a shipping result database 107, and reduces the inventory of merchandise in the supplier inventory database 106, a buyer side warehousing processing part 13 which accepts the reception result information of merchandise, and stores the reception result information in a reception result database 109, and stores the warehoused merchandise information in a buyer inventory database 108, a delivery processing part 14 which accepts delivery result information, and stores it in a delivery result database 110, and reduces the inventory of the merchandise, a consistency decision processing part 15 which decides consistency between those respective results among the supplier, buyer and transportation management enterprise based on each database and an output part 16 which outputs the result of the decision of the consistency to an output interface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
