PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation training system for a power generation plant wherein the real-time property of response time is ensured in the operation training and the operation training can be conducted in a form closer to the operation of an actual machine, and a method for providing the operation training service and maintenance service.;SOLUTION: The power generation plant operation training system 10 includes at least one or more operation training devices 11 and a simulation data center 12 for providing data for the operation training to the operation training device 11. The operation training device 11 and the simulation data center 12 are so constituted that electronic data can be exchanged via a communication network 13. The operation training device 11 includes a simulation computer 17 for performing simulation. The data for operation training downloaded from the simulation data center 12 is executed by the simulation computer 17, and thus the operation training by simulation can be conducted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
