PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate selection from a plurality of certified qualifications and qualified persons by simplifying qualification management. PSOLUTION: Management of a plurality of certified qualification is made easy by integrated management of the certified qualifications which are managed by a plurality of qualification institutions. Qualification management in which evaluation of qualified person is possible is carried out by managing the certified qualifications of the qualified person in time series and selection from a plurality of qualified persons is made easy. In a qualification management method by which the qualification institution manages the qualifications certified for the affiliates under predetermined certification conditions, the qualification information certified individually by a plurality of qualification institutions is stored based on affiliate identification information defined by each qualification institution, and at the same time, one piece of management identification information is set up against a plurality of pieces of affiliate identification information for each affiliate, and stored, exchange of identification information between affiliate identification information and the management identification information. Thereby, the integrated management of the qualification information certified by each qualification institution are carried out on the basis of one piece of management identification information.
