PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regulating two or more kinds of different signal transduction systems with a fusion protein.;SOLUTION: The method for inhibiting or disinhibiting the signal transduction activity of a first cytoplasm protein is carried out as follows. The fusion protein prepared by linking a ligand binding domain of the first cytoplasm protein having the signal transduction activity to a ligand binding domain of a second cytoplasm protein having a signal transduction activity different from that of the first protein, a specific ligand molecule for the second ligand binding domain and a substance inhibiting the binding of the second ligand binding domain to the specific ligand molecule are used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
