BLEEDING TEST DEVICE AND BLEEDING TEST METHOD IN GROUT INJECTION CONSTRUCTION METHOD INCLUDING EVACUATION PROCESS INTO CABLE SHEATH OF PC STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleeding test method capable of precisely and easily observing and measuring exudation of bleeding water and a volumetric change in grout in a grout injection construction method including a evacuation process of a post-tension system PC structure.;SOLUTION: A vertical pipe testing method observes and measures a quantity of bleeding water exuding by separating from the grout and a volumetric change caused by solidification of the grout, when injecting the grout into a cable sheath of the post-tension system PC structure. This method is performed by a bleeding test device in the grout injection construction method constituted of a transparent raw material in an upper part of a vertical pipe composed of a bottomed cylinder having an injection port for injecting the grout in a lower end part and composed of the transparent raw material having an inner 60 mm or larger diameter and having 1 m or higher the height and including the evacuation process into the cable sheath of the PC structure attached with a cap having a suction pipe having an opening-closing cock, and the bleeding test method using this device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
