PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP telephone system with a speech quality regulating function and an IP telephone system for regulating a parameter related with speech quality on real time during the telephone conversation.;SOLUTION: When a packet transmission interval regulation key 13/a fluctuation absorbing buffer receiving time regulation key 14 provided at an IP telephone systems 1-1, 1-2 with speech quality regulating function, which are connected mutually through a rooter 3 and an IP network 4, is pressed at the time of speech quality deterioration; at least one of packet transmission interval and fluctuation absorbing buffer receiving time as parameters for the speech quality related to the telephone conversation in the IP telephone system with speech quality regulating function is regulated on real time according to the quantity of depression of the key during the telephone conversation, so as to improve speech quality.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
