PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope anchor teleguiding system and an endoscopic treatment method using the anchor teleguiding system quickly and easily treating an object part, and constantly tensioning a connecting member when moving the anchor in a prescribed direction.;SOLUTION: The endoscope anchor teleguiding system is provided with a retaining member 3 retaining the object part Z1; a magnetic anchor 2; a string-shaped connecting member 4 connecting the magnetic anchor to the retaining member; a length adjuster 31 having a pair of fixing pieces 32 contacting with the string-shaped connecting member, and an energizing piece 33 which can take an elastically deformed state of contacting with the string-shape connecting member between the pair of fixing pieces and facing in approximately parallel to a plane connecting the pair of fixing pieces, and a free state of moving in the separating direction; and a magnetic anchor teleguiding device. This system applies a power to the magnetic anchor between the pair of fixing pieces and the energizing piece of the length adjuster in a state where the effective length of the string connecting member is made to reduce in the free state of the energizing piece so as to lift the retained object part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
