PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check sheet for dance which can be filled up by harmonizing a count to a music with a movement of the dance, and a method for practicing the dance using this sheet and a method for instructing the dance using the same.;SOLUTION: This check sheet for the dance is provided with a filling-up column for the names of a student and a teacher, a filling-up column for a content of a lesson received, a musical score column in which rhythms of a simple quadruple time are written with numerals, letters or notations on every bar like a musical score, a movement filling-up column for filling-up the movements, finger names and amalgamations along this column are written with letters, notations or drawing pictures, an advice filling-up column in which a check and an advice by the teacher are written, and a floor figure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
