METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CATCHMENT BASIN AND CATCHMENT BASIN USING THIS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for expansively constituting an inside dimension to an opening part dimension, while equalizing an outside dimension of a plane shape, in a bottomed catchment basin.;SOLUTION: In a form structure for manufacturing the catchment basin 3, a permanent die 12 for forming respectively independent four recessed parts 6, is detachably incorporated into side wall surface four surfaces of a lower die installed on a surface plate 8 for forming a bottom part surface and a side wall surface inside of a product. After curing by injecting material concrete after assembling a form, an outer frame 10 for constituting an outer wall surface is removed, and product concrete is separated from the lower die by leaving the permanent die 12 for constituting the four recessed parts 6 in the product concrete, and afterwards, a product is formed by separating the permanent die 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
