PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide physical distribution information management system, physical distribution information management device and computer program for managing carrying states of parts concerning a vessel on a carrying route from a management warehouse with the parts delivered from a parts maker to the vessel of a carrying destination of the parts.;SOLUTION: A vessel owner possessing vessels 4 inputs order information when ordering parts required for the vessels 4 from the parts maker into the physical distribution information management system 100 by using a vessel owner side computer 2. A manager of a physical distribution information management center inputs delivery of the parts information when delivering the parts from the parts maker according to the order from the vessel owner into the physical distribution information management system 100 by using a center side computer 1. A manager of the management warehouse inputs storing/shipping information on parts for the management warehouse into the physical distribution information management system 100 by using a warehouse side computer 3.
