PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine lease management system and a construction machine lease management method, which enable a user to easily recognize the amount of operation required for calculation of a rent.;SOLUTION: In a construction machine operation management system, a counter 150 attached to a construction machine 140 rented to a user determines whether operation of the construction machine 140 has been detected at least once in a unit time period or not.
