PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peripheral implement for a fixed-water-level water supply device used in a plant cultivation field, improving convenience and economic effect in breeding pets and cultivating plants, and aiming at landscaping with the plants. PSOLUTION: The peripheral implement for fixed-water-level water supply device is provided with a flower bowl-type pedestal having respective means of a piece used as a tap, a back plate, an elastic ring, a chamfer-shaped discharge hole, a water-receiving tank and the like. A method for cultivating plants comprises utilizing a duplicate pot, a flower pot charged with porous granular materials, a rigid-body porous open cell object, a pedestal substantial part, a moss ball and the like. A plant cultivation container comprises the following means: a means having the flower bowl-type pedestal and the flower pot; a means provided with the flower pot, potting compost and seeds on the pedestal; a means provided with the pedestal, porous granular materials and the flower pot; a means provided with the pedestal, a flower pot provided with a ground-engaging space; a means provided with the pedestal, the rigid-body porous open cell object with a hollow for charging potting compost; and a means provided with the discharge hole having a designated shape, or the like.
