PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method capable of minimizing a portion where the passing of vehicles is cut off during the construction of an approach section 16.;SOLUTION: In this method for constructing the approach section 16 for a cubic interchange 10 at the center portion of an existing road 12 on which a plurality of vehicles can pass parallel with each other in the width direction, an intermediate approach section 34 narrower than the approach section 16 and having an upper surface with a width allowing the passing of the vehicles is formed while leaving the existing road 12 with a width allowing the passing of the vehicles on both sides, and increased width sections 46 are formed adjacent to both side faces of the intermediate approach section 34 in the state of the upper part of the intermediate approach section 34 and both side face side existing roads 12 allowing the passing of the vehicles.
