PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless AV system for reducing a delay with respect to exchange in a command. PSOLUTION: A TV microcomputer 65 makes an autoscan request to a wireless center microcomputer 41 via an SS transmission reception unit 61 of a TV main body 5 and a transmission reception unit 45 of a wireless center 3 (S101 to S103 to S105), the wireless center microcomputer 41 returns a response indicating the reception of a request command to the TV microcomputer 65 via the SS transmission reception unit 61 of the TV main body 5 and the transmission reception unit 45 of the wireless center 3 (S107 to S111, S115). The TV microcomputer 65 makes a request processing (S118) of the received autoscan request, and transmits channel specifying information with respect to channel setting including skip information of presence / absence of stations to the TV microcomputer 65 in a form of a processing response (S121, S123, S125). The TV main body 5 stores the channel specifying information, references the channel specifying information to particularize a selected channel when up/down channel selection is made and transmits the specified selection channel to the wireless center 3 in the form of a direct channel selection command.
