PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physically-handicapped person mapping processing method in which caretakers or the like can accurately grasp personal information of a physically-handicapped person by acquiring and managing the personal information of the physically-handicapped person, and a program for physically-handicapped person mapping processing. PSOLUTION: A server 12 is provided with a basic map storing means 14 for storing a basic map database including basic map display data indicating planimetric features and topographic features and address data of each position on the basic map, a mark addition means 20 for retrieving a position on the basic map from the basic map storing means 14 on the basis of the address data included in the input personal information of the physically-handicapped person to put a mark on the position, a map storing means 24 for storing the map on which the mark is put, and a retrieval display means 28 for retrieving the personal information associated with the mark from a personal information storing means 26 to display it by clicking any mark on the map.
