TUNNEL TIMBERING, TUNNEL TIMBERING STRUCTURE, AND TIMBERING SETTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tunnel timbering which is constructed without increasing an excavation amount of the natural ground and contributes to prevention of subsidence of the entire tunnel, and to provide a tunnel timbering structure.;SOLUTION: The tunnel timbering Ta is constructed of an arched timbering main member 1 which is formed like an inner peripheral shape of a tunnel cross section, and wing rib members 2 arranged in the vicinity of both ends of the timbering main member 1 in a manner protruding toward a tunnel inner direction. The tunnel timbering Ta is erected along a tunnel inner peripheral surface, and load dispersing members 3, 4 are interposed at least between a lower edge of each wing rib member and an excavated horizontal surface. The wing rib members 2 may be retrofitted. In this manner the wing rib members 2 are attached to the inside of the arched timbering main member 1, and therefore the excavation amount of the natural ground need not be increased during excavation of the tunnel, which dispenses with excessive lining work and excessive use of spray concrete.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
