PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote supervisory control method of a transmission apparatus for accommodating a plurality of lines and for transmitting supervisory control information with high reliability by simple processing capable of carrying out remote supervisory control with high reliability at a low cost, and to provide a communication station side supervisory control apparatus and a user side supervisory control apparatus.;SOLUTION: The user side apparatus B to be supervisory-controlled is provided with an input output circuit (IO) panel 1-20 for carrying out the communication of supervisory control information with a simple logic circuit, the input output circuit (IO) panel 1-20 transmits supervisory information, with a serial number attached thereto, of the same content through a plurality of the lines #1 to #n at the same time, the communication station side apparatus A captures new supervisory control information through at least one line on the basis of the serial number at the preceding time, the communication station side apparatus A attaches a similar serial number to remote control information transmitted from the apparatus A and transmits the resulting information through the plurality of lines #1 to #n at the same time, and the user side apparatus B captures the new control information through at least one line on the basis of the serial number at the preceding time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
