PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video image accumulating device capable of automatically selecting a photographic terminal having location information closest to the position for a photographing object and requesting photographing to the photographic terminal, in order to photograph the photographing object quickly.;SOLUTION: When an object for photographing occurs, a video phone 6b is searched for having location information closer to the position for a photographing object among video phones 6a and 6b having location information registered beforehand. The searched video phone 6b is requested for photographing through networks 4 and 5. Accordingly, the possessor of the selected video phone 6b can arrive at the position of the photography object immediately, and can photograph the photographing object quickly, by selecting automatically the video phone 6b having location information closest to the position for the photographing object and requesting photographing to the video phone 6b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
