PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throwing position forecast method for a mound formation, a system, a program and a throwing controlling method for the mound formation capable of increasing throwing accuracy of the mound formation such as a block or the like to a target position on the bottom of the sea and, at the same time, realizing the proper throwing control of the mound formation to reduce the cost of construction work as well as the curtailment of a construction period. PSOLUTION: In order to forecast a throwing position of the block when a mound is formed on the bottom of the sea by throwing the mound formation such as a block or the like conveyed by a cargo boat in the sea, the throwing position forecast method of the mound formation is so constituted that a current direction and a current velocity of the sea in a site sea area forming the mound are measured (SO2) and that the throwing position of the block is calculated (SO3) on the basis of a target bottomed position of the block and the measured current direction and current velocity.
