ARTIFICIAL CULTURING METHOD FOR TRICHOLOMA MATSUTAKE MYCORRHIZA WITH JAPANESE RED PINE ADULT TREE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for artificial culture of Tricholoma matsutake mycorrhizae in the open air. PSOLUTION: This method for artificial culture of the Tricholoma matsutake mycorrhizae comprises a process of washing the roots of Japanese red pine exposed from soil where Japanese red pine grows, a process of treating the washed roots with auxin, a process of growing the roots subjected to the auxin treatment in a condition of being isolated from the soil where Japanese red pine grows so as to be sprouted and inducing ectotropic mycorrhizal fungi-free rootlets from the roots of Japanese red pine, a process of inoculating culture hyphae of the Tricholoma matsutake to the induced ectotropic mycorrhizal fungi-free rootlets, and a process of growing the rootlets to which the culture hyphae of the Tricholoma matsutake are inoculated in a cultural substrate isolated from the soil where Japanese red pine grows.
