PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a personal insurance clause reflecting special agreement and appropriately numbered. PSOLUTION: As for the clause which has a stratified provision structure, the article data containing an article identifier for identifying each article and its article text are stored to constitute the personal insurance clause reflecting a special contract from a ordinary clause corresponding to an ordinary contract. Ordinary clause constitution data containing a position identifier indicating the rank in each hierarchy of the article and the article identifier is stored. The personal insurance clause difference data for constituting the personal insurance clause reflecting a specific special contract from the ordinary clause is stored. The personal insurance clause constitution data showing the constitution of personal insurance clause is generated from the personal insurance clause difference data corresponding to the selected special contract and the ordinary clause constitution data. Based on the rank of the position identifier contained in it, a hierarchical provision number is assigned to an article text of the article whose rank is shown at the position identifier.
