PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform software development service having high convenience and without the miss of specifications.;SOLUTION: Software specification check from a user is performed in a process for developing software. A prototype presenting means 11 with a pointed matter description column transmits a prototype with a pointed matter description column which is generated by adding the pointed matter description column 11b for describing a pointed matter for the picture or item of a prototype 11a to a client 20 through a network 30 to present the prototype to the user. An identification information(ID) storing means 12 stores ID information of the picture or item and ID information of a development operator in charge.
