PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe and target reacting method using a biochemical analyzing unit capable of acquiring highly reliable analyzing data, and a reaction vessel used in biochemical analysis.;SOLUTION: A chamber 53 for housing the biochemical analyzing unit 10, an injection port 26 for injection a target-containing reaction solution and a discharge port 27 are provided to the reaction vessel 22. A route 55a for guiding the reaction solution injected from the injection port 26 to the periphery of a flow-through area 41 is formed to a lower half part 52 and the reaction solution passes through the route 55a to flow in the chamber 53 from a penetrating port 55b. A part of the reaction solution penetrated into the chamber 53 passes through the end part of the flow-through area 41 to flow to an upper housing 51a and the remainder thereof flows in the central part of a lower housing 52a and passes through the central part of the flow-through area 41 to flow to the upper housing 51a. Since the reaction solution flows in the whole area of the flow-through area 41, signal irregularity is reduced to acquire highly reliable biochemical analyzing data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
